Preparation
- Marination:
Cut chicken into 2-inch pieces and add garlic paste, salt, black pepper
powder, soy sauce, oregano, red chili powder and eggs, mix well and allow
to marinate for 10-15 minutes.
- Chilled
Dynamite sauce: Mix together all the ingredients of the sauce mentioned
above.
- Put
the sauce in the refrigerator until needed. Dynamite chicken tastes great
when the steaming hot fried chicken is coated with chilled dynamite sauce
and served immediately 😊
- Now
to the chicken pieces add corn flour and all-purpose flour. Mix until well
combined. Mixture should be sticky at this stage. If its runny, add more
corn flour.
- Heat
oil in a wok and deep fry the chicken pieces for 4-5 minutes until cooked
and nicely golden.
- For
air frying: Apply oil on the air fryer’s basket and arrange the pieces.
Again, apply oil on the pieces and bake at 200°C for 15 minutes until
golden on top.
- Take
out in a mixing bowl and pour chilled dynamite sauce over it.
- Dish
out immediately on to the serving dish lined with lettuce leaves.
- Garnish
with spring onions and serve immediately.
- Enjoy!
